First Aid At Work
(Full Course)

This 18 hour course provides a comprehensive set of first aid skills and knowledge for first aiders in most workplaces. Content includes:

Accidents and illness, Using a first aid kit, Simple record keeping, Treatment of an unconscious casualty, Heart attacks / Strokes, CPR, Shock, Choking, Bleeding, Burns and scalds, Poisoning, Fractures, Asthma, Allergic reaction, Eye injuries, Diabetes, Epilepsy.

First Aid At Work
(Refresher)

This 12 hour course will refresh the skills from First Aid At Work for renewal of a previously attained certificate. Content includes:

Accidents and illness, Using a first aid kit, Simple record keeping, Treatment of an unconscious casualty, Heart attacks / Strokes, CPR, Shock, Choking, Bleeding, Burns and scalds, Poisoning, Fractures, Asthma, Allergic reaction, Eye injuries, Diabetes, Epilepsy.

Emergency First Aid
At Work

This 6 hour course covers emergency first aid suitable for a nominated first aider in lower risk areas. Content includes:

  • Accidents and illness
  • Using a first aid kit
  • Simple record taking
  • Treating an unconscious casualty
  • Heart attacks and strokes

AED Training

This 4 hour course covers the safe and effective use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), in addition to:

  • CPR
  • Recovery position
  • Action for vomit

Paediatric First Aid

This 12 hour course focuses on emergency situtions that face anyone who may be looking after infants and children. Content includes:

  • Recovery position
  • Action for vomit
  • CPR
  • Choking
  • Burns and scalds
  • Shock and allergic reactions
  • Bites and stings

First on Scene

This 3 hour course covers basic first aid to equip you with the necessary skills to handle basic first aid until someone fully qualified arrives. Content includes:
